On Saturday 11thMay the West Wales Raiders will be present at St Elli Shopping Centre, Llanelli.
With the Raiders in Partnership with Llamau who support homeless young people and women to help them reach their potential.
The Raiders have decided that on the 11th of May 2019 they will take on the challenge of cycling, stepping and rowing 365 miles to raise funds for the charity. Across the day, players, staff, partners and sponsors will be taking part to make sure the goal is achieved.
At Llamau they believe that no young person or vulnerable woman should ever experience homelessness. But for thousands of vulnerable people in Wales, homelessness is a frightening reality.
West Wales Raiders CEO added “With a weekend off from our league fixtures we thought it was a great opportunity to organise an event in partnership with our supported charity and there was no better place than at our local shopping centre where majority of the community visit on a weekly occasion. We hope that there will be a lot of support for the event both on the day and through the charities donations page, if you would like to find out ways to support the event please contact myself on firstname.lastname@example.org”
