West Wales Raiders can announce the re-signing of 3 players from 2018.

The first of the 3 is Australian forward Dalton Desmond-Walker, Dalton has re-signed with the West Wales Raiders for his second season. “Dalts” was a consistent performer for the Raiders in 2018 with his no-nonsense style of footy appreciated by his team-mates and supporters. He will be looking to further improve and cement a spot in the forward pack which looks to have much greater depth this season.

The second of the 3 re-signings is Bridgend born Rowland Kaye, Rowland’s signature for 2019 was a key one for the Raiders as he covers numerous positions and is a young developing player within the squad. Most suited to centre or second row, Rowland is a powerful athlete who has the ability to break the line and set up his outside support. He will be looking to further develop under the coaching of Kim Williams and he is a player to watch in the future.

The final re-signing of the 3 is Morgan Jefferies, Morgan returns to the Raiders after missing all of last season through injury. He debuted in League 1 in 2017 and will be looking to regain his spot in the top 17 in season 2019. Morgan is a strong defender and ball runner who can play centre or second row. He is another talented young Welshman who is looking to further improve his skills and knowledge under the new coaching staff.
