HERRON ADD PACE AND POWER TO RAIDERS PACK

The West Wales Raiders have secured the prized signature of prop-forward Sam Herron for the 2019 season.

At 6ft2 and 105kg he is an imposing figure who will add firepower to the Raiders pack. Sam has built a reputation as an aggressive and hard-working front-rower who carries the ball without fear into the opposition defensive line.

Although just 24 years of age, the prop-forward has an impressive record with Caps for Scotland at Under 18, Under 19, Student and Scotland ‘A’ level. He has also had a season in Australia playing for Mittagong in the strong Group 6 competition in NSW and is currently completing a highly successful stint with Red Star Belgrade in Serbia. The West Wales Raiders are excited to welcome him on board for season 2019.
