COWBURN RE-SIGNS WITH THE WALES RAIDERS FOR 2019

The West Wales Raiders are pleased to announce that Phil Cowburn re-signs for the Betfred league 1 2019 season.

Full back Phill Cowburn re-joins the Raiders and will work alongside new head coach Kim Williams for the upcoming season.

Last season Cowburn joined after his spell with ex league one side Gloucestershire All Golds, it was a tough time for all last season on the pitch and Cowburn was a standout player in even the most one sided results.

Raiders CEO Peter Tiffin added “We are very pleased to see Phil return this season, it was a difficult one for all involved last season but Phil was constantly giving his all throughout. With the new signings, we have I’m looking forward to seeing Phil in action this year as I’m sure he will have a lot more opportunities to help the raiders cross the whitewash. It’s also great to see so much competition for places moving forward.”
